BPI Group is executing a comprehensive regional development strategy in the Fox Creek area of Alberta, positioning for significant long-term growth in AI computing infrastructure through both energy generation and data center development initiatives.
Reserve Projects: Energy Infrastructure
The project team has submitted applications to local government and power authorities in Fox Creek township, located west of Edmonton in Alberta province, for nine 9.9MW power generation facilities. This energy infrastructure provides the foundation for future AI and Bitcoin-related business deployments.
Targeted Development: 200MW AI Data Center
Currently applying for a 200MW AI data center project, we have reached a targeted development agreement with a Nasdaq-listed AI enterprise. The project is in the preliminary preparation stage and represents a major scale expansion opportunity.
Collaborative Development: 100MW AI Data Center
In partnership with third parties, we are advancing a 100MW AI data center project currently in the preliminary preparation and design stages. This collaboration establishes a foundation for scaled expansion capabilities.
Joffre AI Facility
